San Antonio’s McNay unveils 1st out of doors work by a Latina

Ten years in, San Antonio’s Teatro Audaz is taking its largest bow but. The award-winning Latine theatre firm has introduced “Audaz X: A Decade of Familia,” an anniversary season filled with three mainstage productions and a returning sketch comedy collection.

Laura T. Garza, Alison Vasquez, and Paula Rodriguez based Teatro Audaz as Audacious Theatre in 2016. Since then, the corporate has been singularly targeted on highlighting marginalized communities, staging performs by and about Latine, refugee, girls, and LGBTQ-plus voices.
