
Twenty-one years in, Ram Jam remains to be doing what it does finest: packing the stage with San Antonio misfits, lifers and underground legends to honor Taco Land icon Ramiro “Ram” Ayala.
Scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, June 20-21, on the Corn Pound, the occasion will embrace stay performances by bands together with Buttercup, Thunder Horse, The Infidels, Los #3 Dinners, Hickoids, Donella Drive, Mechanical Strolling Robotic Boy and Snowbyrd, plus a reunion of the White Warmth.
An outside screening of the documentary The Sons of Hercules: Three A long time of Spittin’ Fireplace may also shut out the primary evening.
Ram Jam originated in 2005 to pay tribute to Taco Land proprietor Ayala and doorman Doug “Gypsy Doug” Morgan, each of whom died in a capturing on the bar.
