After 50 years of serving hungry Alamo Metropolis residents, Southside staple TJ’s Hamburgers is closing, based on an Instagram put up by Folklores Espresso Home Sunday afternoon.
A handwritten signal posted on the entrance door of the restaurant conveyed the information to its prospects.

The restaurant was based by Thomas Carruthers and his spouse Bea in 1973, based on MySA. Regardless of the demise of its founder in 2017, the restaurant continued working beneath the identical crew.
