Park visitors go away picture’s of their deceased four-legged associates on the San Antonio Zoo’s animal ofrenda.
Those that’ve misplaced their four-legged members of the family can honor their lives and legacy by leaving their picture on the San Antonio Zoo’s animal ofrenda in celebration of Día de Los Muertos.
The altar, which is presently up on the San Antonio Zoo, is a spot the place visitors can add their private reminiscences, forming a colourful mixture of pictures, flowers and symbols that remember the lives and spirits of their animal companions.
“Our Día de los Muertos altar provides a heartfelt alternative to honor your furry, feathery, or scaly associates in loving reminiscence in a manner that resonates with the colourful tradition of San Antonio,” San Antonio Zoo CEO Tim Morrow mentioned in a press release. “Please be part of us on this significant celebration, the place we will keep in mind the lives of beloved animal companions collectively.”
