A state district court docket choose has quickly blocked a Texas regulation banning transgender youth from accessing puberty blockers and hormone remedy.
In her injunction Friday, Choose Maria Cantú Hexsel wrote that Senate Invoice 14 “interferes with Texas households’ non-public choices and strips Texas dad and mom … of the correct to hunt, direct, and supply medical care for his or her kids.”

Texas households and medical doctors sued the state in July with the hope of blocking the regulation.
