An off-duty San Antonio Police Division detective was arrested on suspicion of driving whereas intoxicated within the Central Texas city of Burnet, in line with a press release from the division.
Bennett, a nine-year SAPD veteran, has since been positioned on administrative obligation, the assertion mentioned. Division officers are conducting an administrative investigation.
Burnet Police arrested Bennett, 35, on Friday, KSAT reviews, citing county jail information. He was launched on $1,500 bond.
