Cristela Alonzo strikes San Antonio present to keep away from Kill Tony

Cool Crest has been an Alamo Metropolis custom for nearly 100 years, first opening in 1929 and including a second course in 1959. Maria “Ria” Metzger and Harold Metzger ran the complicated for many years earlier than closing it in 2007. Brothers James, Albert, Phillip, and Mitchell Andry revived the idea in 2013, including the Metzger Biergarten in 2020.

Los Leones isn’t giving locals trigger to stress a few full transformation. The hospitality group plans to maintain the course’s nostalgic attraction whereas rolling out an up to date brand. A number of favorites from Schilo’s will even be launched to the meals menu.

The Andry household feels they’re in good arms, passing the beloved web site to a different long-established San Antonio household.
