
Groundbreaking New York troupe Parsons Dance will showcase its energetic and athletic ensemble work on the Carver Neighborhood Cultural Heart this Thursday, marking group’s first San Antonio look in a decade.
The efficiency will embody six works by founder and inventive director David Parsons, whom the New York Occasions calls “one of many nice movers of recent dance.”

Along with the greater than 75 works that he has created for his personal ensemble, Parsons has acquired commissions from the American Ballet Theatre, New York Metropolis Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, the American Dance Pageant, Jacob’s Pillow, the Spoleto Pageant and Het Muziektheater in Amsterdam, amongst others.
