The previous Genghis Grill close to the intersection of Loop 1604 and U.S. Freeway 281 goes Greek.
New idea 2 Greeks Grill is taking up the constructing at 1903 N. Loop 1604 E., Suite 1106, that after housed the shuttered location of the Mongolian-style barbecue chain. Building on the brand new restaurant is predicted to get underway in February, state filings present.
The brand new eatery is co-founded by Jerry Kouroumousis and his uncle Nick Zaimis. Kouroumousis advised the Present the pair will start serving prospects in April.
“We at 2 Greeks Grill are going to carry genuine Greek gyros, souvlaki, kebabs and plenty of different nice scrumptious meals,” Kouroumousis mentioned. “[We’ll also have] Greek desserts, and we may also be serving Greek wines and beers.”
The whole lot on the menu will probably be made in-house, in line with Kouroumousis.
This would be the enterprise companions’ first-ever location of the two Greeks idea, Kouroumousis added.
