San Antonio police officer in custody on cost he illegally planted monitoring system

San Antonio Police Officer Richard Boyle turned himself in to the Bexar County Sheriff’s workplace Wednesday on prices of unlawfully putting in a visitors system, in keeping with an announcement from his employer.

Boyle allegedly put in the monitoring system in March of this 12 months whereas off obligation. SAPD officers didn’t say the place Boyle allegedly put in the system or what he utilized it for. 

Boyle, a 24-year veteran of the power, has been positioned on administrative obligation, in keeping with SAPD officers. In the meantime, the division is conducting an administrative investigation into Boyle’s conduct, they added.
