The Esperanza Peace and Justice Heart held its thirtieth annual Día de Muertos, or Day of the Useless, celebration on Saturday.
Twenty altars constructed by members of the West Aspect neighborhood have been on show on the occasion, which additionally featured reside music, a visible artwork exhibition by MujerArtes Cooperativa de Esperanza and readings by Teatro Esperanza.
Members undertook a parade in honor of departed family members from the Rinconcito de Esperanza to the Alázan-Apache Courts, accompanied by the Kalpulli Ayolopaktzin dance troupe.
