Spain Fusion occasion brings Michelin-starred cooks to SA

A touring showcase of Spanish delicacies is making its manner again to San Antonio. After stops in Germany, Tokyo, and Switzerland, Spain Fusion will make an all-day cease at Pearl on October 17 with tastings, panels, and an opportunity to fulfill among the world’s greatest cooks.

That is the fourth time that the occasion — half commerce present, half meals fest — has landed in San Antonio. Whereas it’s geared towards hospitality professionals, the organizers launch just a few tickets to the general public annually.

Most of the merchandise on show hail from the Canary Islands, dwelling to 2 of San Antonio’s sister cities, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas.
