Two Brothers and A Bakery

Brothers José and David Cáceres opened bakery-cafe La Panadería in 2014 to share their Mexican heritage and love for baking with the folks of their adopted hometown of San Antonio, Texas. The Cáceres’ ardour for baking started after they had been younger boys promoting loaves of their mom, Doña Josefina’s recent baked bread on the streets of Mexico Metropolis. Ultimately José and David took over their mom’s homegrown enterprise and began baking on a big scale, supplying bread and pan dulce for companies all through Mexico. After discovering monetary success in Mexico, the brothers realized they wished to get again to the fundamentals, they usually determined to convey their ardour for bread cultura to Texas.
