Carranza’s new 15-second commercial launched Wednesday doubles down on her prior criticisms of Lujan’s remarks.

“How excessive is Rep. John Lujan on Abortion?” the advert asks voters, adopted by an edited — albeit in context — clip of Lujan making his feedback about his hypothetical daughter through the candidate discussion board.

“John Lujan. Too Excessive for Texas,” the advert concludes.

“It is a hypothetical instance, however ladies throughout Texas know there’s nothing hypothetical about being pressured to hold your rapist’s child,” Carranza stated in a Wednesday assertion.
