He has performed 49 video games for the Spurs and Brooklyn Nets in his profession. The Spurs tendered Duke Jr.’s contract earlier this offseason and now retain him on a two-way contract.

Duke Jr. joins Jamaree Bouyea as two of the three Spurs’ two-way gamers this season. Whereas Duke Jr. was sidelined for the Summer time League, Bouyea shined in a lead guard position. This leaves the Spurs with only one open two-way contract. San Antonio has but to signal second-round decide, Harrison Ingram to a contract, so he’s more likely to fill the final two-way contract. That leaves training-camp invitee, Riley Minix on the surface wanting in. It additionally makes it appear more and more unlikely that former two-way participant, Dominick Barlow, will return subsequent season.

Bouyea and Duke Jr. present the Spurs with some wanted depth on the wing and guard place. Duke Jr. ought to present them with 3&D insurance coverage in case the damage bug strikes subsequent season.
