Former KSAT-12 Reporter Japhanie Grey will return to the TV station Aug. 5 as co-host of Good Morning San Antonio, officers with the ABC affiliate stated Monday.
The present airs each weekday between 5 a.m. and seven a.m.
Grey labored at KSAT for 4 years as a reporter and fill-in anchor and hosted the recurring section “What’s Up South Texas.” She left in 2021 for a morning anchor place at NBC affiliate WSLS in Roanoke, Virginia.
“Leaving San Antonio two and half years in the past was powerful, but it surely was one thing that wanted to be performed to be the skilled I’m as we speak” Grey stated in an announcement. “I’m nonetheless the identical ol’ Japh. What you will see is what you will get on and off air.”
Grey will co-host Good Morning San Antonio alongside KSAT weekday morning regulars Justin Horne, Sarah Spivey, Sarah Acosta, Devan Karp, Katrina Webber, Patty Santos, RJ Marquez, Stephanie Serna, and photojournalist Alex Gamez, in keeping with station officers.
