San Antonio ensemble arranges 7 free live shows in April, from musical theater to tango

For a lot of urbanites, spring rustles up emotions of FOMO about all of the locations we overlook to go to between all of the work, college, and foodie occasions. Agarita, San Antonio’s eclectic chamber ensemble, is ensuring calendars are crammed with a wealth of free programming from April 13-27.

The chamber group is working exhausting on seven performances throughout that interval, beginning with Casa de España on the UTSA Recital Corridor. This recital, together with some tango works, will make clear Spanish and South American musical traditions. The repertoire consists of works by Astor Piazzolla, Andrea Casarrubios, and Laura Vega.
