Style of the Republic will happen Thursday, April 18.

Style of the Republic, the official culinary kickoff occasion of Fiesta San Antonio, on Wednesday unveiled its 2024 chef lineup, which is able to showcase a big selection of Texas cuisines.

The Thursday, April 18 occasion will happen on the Briscoe Western Artwork Museum’s Jack Guenther Pavilion, 210 W. Market Avenue. It can characteristic 11 San Antonio cooks serving up their takes on eats from the Lone Star State’s six culinary areas.

This yr’s lineup, curated by occasion co-founder Brian West, contains:

Every chef is assigned a particular area of the state to showcase, and every dish is paired with a complimentary wine choice. Beer and cocktails will even be served.

Tickets for Style of the Republic are $125 and embrace pattern dishes from every chef, alcoholic drinks and music from DJs. A portion of the gross sales goes to supporting the San Antonio Fiesta Fee.
