Uvalde Police on Monday arrested the guardian of one of many kids slain within the Robb Elementary College capturing and charged the person with disrupting a county commissioners assembly.

Brett Cross, guardian of 10-year-old capturing sufferer Uziyah Garcia, was escorted out of the Uvalde County Courthouse after directing a tirade at former Uvalde police lieutenant and present County Commissioner Mariano Pargas Jr.

In an announcement posted on Fb, the Uvalde Police Division stated it is “cooperating absolutely with related authorities to collect all pertinent info” about Cross’ arrest.

In a submit on social media platform X, Cross stated he was charged with Disrupting a Assembly or Procession.
