Safety cameras caught a number of suspects breaking into Smashin Crab’s exterior freezer unit on Sunday, officers with the enterprise stated.

Over the course of three Sunday break-ins, thieves ripped off $5,000 in items from Smashin Crab’s commissary kitchen, in keeping with officers with the San Antonio-based restaurant chain. The enterprise is now asking for assist discovering the culprits.

Safety cameras caught two males breaching the kitchen’s exterior freezer unit round 2 a.m. and loading booty onto a white flatbed truck, in keeping with particulars launched by Smashin Crab. The suspects returned with two extra accomplices and a black Suburban round 7 a.m. to steal extra merchandise and tools. A 3rd and remaining break-in occurred round 9 p.m.

The suspects broke in 3 times, stealing some $5,000 in merchandise and tools, Smashin Crab officers stated.

The three-unit Smashin Crab chain’s commissary is a group house that permits different small companies, similar to meals vans and eating places, to retailer items and tools and to organize for big catering jobs, officers stated.
