San Antonio Metropolis Council is predicted to debate District 10 Councilman Marc Whyte’s DWI arrest for the primary time throughout a Wednesday government session.
Council’s Jan. 10 agenda lists an agenda merchandise for “authorized points associated to Councilmember provisions underneath the Metropolis Constitution,” an merchandise that seemingly pertains to Whyte’s DWI arrest, the Categorical-Information speculated.
Whyte was arrested Dec. 29 on a DWI cost after police pulled him over on Loop-410 close to the airport. Metropolis Council has been out of session since mid-December.
