San Marcos’ LaniKai Lounge has completely closed.
After two years of serving traditional tiki tipples in close by San Marcos, the LaniKai Lounge has completely closed.
A Jan. 1 Instagram put up alerted followers to the information,.
“After bringing Tiki to San Marcos virtually two years in the past, LaniKai Lounge is completely closed,” the put up learn. “We’d prefer to thank our regulars, who began out as strangers, and have become our Ohana.”
Identified for a menu chock-full of tiki classics equivalent to Mai Tais, Ache Killers and Scorpion Bowls, Lani Kai was certainly one of only a few tiki-focused bars located between the Alamo Metropolis and Austin. It rapidly grew to become a vacation spot for rum-loving cocktail lovers after its inception in 2021.
The bar didn’t share a cause for the closure.
