The 24-by-30-inch canvas blends the wealthy coloration and symbolism which have change into the hallmark of Pigford’s follow and takes inspiration from his early love of artwork.
At a younger age, impressed by his classmates, he first realized his love for creating and started his lifelong ardour for artwork making. “The Discovery” can be impressed by Pigford’s religion, which he credit with serving to him stay motivated and devoted to his creative path. Within the higher left-hand nook of the portray, a white dove showers orbs of sunshine onto younger Pigford, representing the fixed movement of concepts and inspiration he believes is supplied to him by the facility of God. Pigford’s exhibition is on show by appointment at Presa Home Gallery from July 8 by means of August 19. A gap reception can be held on July 8, from 7 to 11 p.m. Admission is free and open to the general public.
